What brought you to Michigan: Erik earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University in Toronto, Canada. He worked for four years at Wheelchair Basketball Canada managing the operations for the National programs. He then pursued a Master of Business Administration at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada that included his major research project “Examining the Potential Inclusion of Adaptive Sport in the NCAA”. The project addresses issues of equity, sociocultural perceptions of disability and adaptive sport, and the physical, social, psychological, and societal benefits of sport participation.
Favorite Moment with the Program: Not one moment stands out to me over the others, rather all the moments day to day that show we are growing as a program and having an impact.
